Shipping Methods
We ship either UPS, FedEx or USPS, Depending on the most cost effective and fastest method.
We ship Same Business Day as Order is Recieved. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays Or Holidays.
We Cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses.
We do not ship Out Side The United States.
Shipping To Alaska Or Hawaii may incur additinal shipping charges. We will contact you before shipping to these two States to inform you of any additinal costs.
We can ship next day and 2 day UPS. Please contact us for these type of shipments.
Inspect Your Shipment upon Arrival !
Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier. If you should need help with this please contact us immediately so that we may provide assistance. Used items still under manufactures warranty may have to be inspected by a factory representative before a refund or exhange can be authorized.

Returns Policy
Bier Brothers Performance provides a 30 Day Return Policy with the following guidlines:
All Returns are subject to inspection. Any part that in our or the manufactures opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacture's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warrenty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exception.
Bier Brothers Performance will not accept any product that appears to have been used unless there is a valid warranty issue as defined by the manufacturer/vendor. Products used in Racing or off road conditions are only warranted against manufactures defects prior to installation.
Bier Brothers Performance cannot accept returns of custom ordered parts/ Carburetors / Any and all Electronics / Computer Chips/ Tuners / Programmers. These parts also include but are not limited to the following: Superchargers /and or kits, Turbochargers and/or kits, any mounted Tires .
These Items carry the original manufactures warrenties and all warrenties are included with your order. Please contact the manufacturer directly to process your return. If you need help with this please contact us.
How To Return A Product
If you need to return a product please contact us at 636-978-0582 or e-mail us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will issue a Return Authorization # (RMA) which is required to process your return. If we sent you an incorrect (not the product you ordered) or defective item we will replace the product or process your return at no charge. If for any other reason you need to return an item, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
If you are returning an item to us we strongly suggest that you use a traceable UPS, FedEx Service. All returns must be sent pre-paid- no collect shipments will be accepted. Please insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.
